About Your Role:

As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering mental health treatment services that empower clients to achieve independence and self-sufficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individual and group counseling services to help individuals overcome personal, social, educational, and vocational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to promote client growth and development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Valid registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with mental health patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Valid California driver's license and active auto insurance
