Position Overview
The Beverage Service Professional is tasked with the preparation and delivery of drinks and food items to patrons while ensuring exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and address customer needs to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to both guests and team members.
- Prepare and decorate beverages according to established recipes and portion guidelines.
- Serve and present drinks to guests with care.
- Verify guest identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Maintain and stock the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all beverage-related perishables.
- Handle situations involving intoxicated guests with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Maintain a calm, tactful, and creative approach in all interactions.
- Contribute to a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable work environment.
- Deliver consistent service and quality products to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead by example, adhering to operational standards and expectations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, particularly in food and beverage services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of experience in bartending within a full-service establishment.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to timely task completion.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
