Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Specialist to join our team at e-shred services, Inc. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accurate accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data with precision
  • Verify the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance is required
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP is essential
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-focused

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We specialize in recycling, de-manufacturing, and refurbishing computers and electronics throughout the U.S., as well as recycling mercury lamps, bulbs, ballasts, batteries, and universal waste.
