We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Black Desert Resort. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue strategies to maximize profitability across all revenue-generating areas of the resort.

• Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align revenue strategies with business goals and market conditions.
• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and adjust room rates and availability based on demand forecasts and seasonal trends.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the luxury hospitality or resort industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, such as Opera, IDeaS, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
