Job Opportunity

Ketelsen RV is seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating work repair orders between our customers, staff, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar and scheduling of work orders to ensure efficient use of technicians' time.
  • Provide updates to customers about the repair timeline.
  • Create appointments for clients to schedule service work on their campers.
  • Work with RV technicians to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Order and obtain needed parts for warranty and service repair work.
  • Ensure quality of work repaired and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sell additional service packages and maintenance appointments to meet sales metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience or professional sales experience.
  • Prior experience in a dealership setting (RV, Automotive, or Powersports) or industrial/shop setting is a plus.
  • Professional and detail-oriented with high customer focus.
  • Dependable team player with excellent communication skills.
