Key Responsibilities:

  • Roll dough to the required specifications
  • Prepare dough for the next day, including mixing and kneading
  • Maintain a clean and organized dough room, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste
  • Assist with prepping sauce and other ingredients as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to work mornings
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
