Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at Joao Vaz Restaurant LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.

• Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen performance.
• Supply Chain Management: Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered, ensuring that we always have sufficient stock on hand.
• Staff Training: Train new kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
