About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Mixologists to join our team at Punch Bowl Social. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences and upholding the integrity of our beverage program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a unique and vibrant atmosphere behind the bar.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service.
  • Follow our steps of service to meet brand standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Utilize our Aloha POS system to efficiently process orders and manage cash transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized bar top and guest service areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist with rotating shifts as Bar Backs and contribute to the overall success of our beverage program.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
