  • Basic understanding of electrical repairs and fixture installations
  • Familiarity with AC, HVAC, and PTAC systems
  • Knowledge of outdoor pool operations and upkeep
  • Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Experience in grounds maintenance
  • Able to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Competent in using computers and tablets
  • Willingness to be available for on-call shifts
  • Experience with the Quore Maintenance System is a plus
