Student Mail Handler

At North Central College, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Mail Handler to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and packages across campus.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and deliver mail and packages to students, faculty, and staff, utilizing campus vehicles for transportation when necessary.

You'll also be responsible for processing outgoing mail, logging packages, and providing excellent customer service at the counter for any mail room questions. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to learn various aspects of printing, laminating, and other services offered by our print shop.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
• Ability to work Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
