- Collaborating with sales representatives on aircraft maintenance evaluations.

Qualifications:
- A&P Mechanic certification with Inspection Authorization.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in piston aircraft maintenance and inspections.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
- Capability to work independently.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with various aircraft models.
- Familiarity with Quantum MX maintenance software.
- Experience in a Part 145 repair station is advantageous.
Benefits:
- Paid Holidays: Eligible after the introductory period, including major holidays and an optional floating holiday.
- Group Health Insurance: The company covers 50% of the employee's premium after 60 days of employment.
- Vacation/Paid Time Off: Accrued based on tenure, starting after 6 months, ranging from 1 to 4 weeks.
Work Hours and Compensation:
- Standard working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
