Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled contract nurse RN ICU specialist for a local contract nursing position.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract position requiring 36 hours of work per week, with a 12-hour night shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an intensive care unit setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered.
  • Support facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year current experience in their nursing specialty in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice profession as required by law, regulation, or policy.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association certification.
