Hand Therapy Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Hand Therapy Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality hand therapy services to patients. As a Hand Therapy Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with hand and upper extremity disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with hand and upper extremity disorders to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs to patients, including custom splinting and other interventions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations.
  • Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy.
  • Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy.
  • National registration and state licensure or registration required.
  • Previous experience in custom splinting and post-op orthopedic care.
  • CPR certification and valid state driver's license.
