Position Summary
PSI is in search of a Certified Senior Electrician (E-1) to spearhead our electrical division. This role involves overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and components. The successful candidate will work full-time and report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the electrical department as our inaugural Electrician hire
- Execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions and issues
- Conduct wiring and rewiring of structures
- Engage in training sessions, meetings, and company events
- Build rapport with clients to deliver tailored solutions and services
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge and experience with electrical systems and installation techniques
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Capability to pass a background screening
- Enthusiasm for growth opportunities and managing a team of electricians
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Safety is paramount; candidates must possess a general understanding of safe work practices and OSHA standards
- Regular tasks will require sitting, standing, walking, bending, and using hands for controls, as well as hearing and speaking
- Ability to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and navigate small spaces is essential
- Regular lifting and/or moving of 50+ lbs is necessary
- Work conditions may vary with the seasons and job scope, necessitating outdoor work throughout the year
The compensation for this role ranges from $35 to $42 per hour or more, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and location, along with performance-based incentives. Additional incentive pay may be included in the compensation package, alongside a comprehensive array of medical, financial, and other benefits, contingent on the position.
