Dialysis Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and performing patient observations.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must have a genuine passion for caring for people and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or other state-approved certification.
  • Experience PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary Range: $25.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
