Job Summary:

The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of the RV Park, including property, staff, and facilities
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Manage an established property budget, thinking like an owner
  • Enforce park rules and regulations, promote positive guest relations, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws
  • Maintain and increase occupancy, provide accurate and timely reporting
  • Perform maintenance and related programs, attract new customers through excellent customer service and marketing
  • Partner with HR to recruit, hire, and train employees, and with Marketing on all marketing materials
  • Keep account receivable's down and ensure collection process is being followed
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Asset or Property Management, RV Park Management experience a plus
  • Flexible work hours, including occasional weekends
  • Ability to actively walk through the park and facilities while performing work duties
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A sense of energy, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility
  • Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with Rent Manager management software or willingness to learn
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements:

Able to safely lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically, visually look at a computer for extended periods, sit and use the computer for hours at a time, subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside, repetitive hand motions, such as typing

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Weekend availability
