Pharmacy Cashier

Astrup Companies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Cashier to join our team at Sterling Pharmacy in Worthington, MN.

The Pharmacy Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with day-to-day operations in our pharmacy. This is a full-time position, approximately 30-40 hours per week, with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

• Assist customers with locating items on the sales floor and answer their questions or direct them to the proper person.
• Complete cash transactions accurately and according to company procedures.
• Assist pharmacy staff with checking orders and invoices, marking and putting away merchandise in the proper location.
• Answer phones and forward calls to the proper individuals.
• Assist in preparing for daily deliveries and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per day.
