Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY cases from initial filing through to trial.
  • Collaborate with another paralegal to handle a combined caseload of 275 files.
  • Thrive in a high-energy legal environment.
  • Independently draft legal documents including Notices of Claim, Summons and Complaints, Bill of Particulars, and Discovery requests.
  • Possess a strong background in litigation processes.
  • Have expertise in Construction Labor Law.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a requirement.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
