Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, household skills, and personal hygiene.
- Provide transportation to and from activities, appointments, and other destinations.
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and objectives.
- Participate in recreational activities and plan events based on the needs of the program site.
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate medical records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- NYS Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn agency software.
