Responsibilities:

* Coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and their families
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

* BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire
* Six months or more of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs

Preferred Qualifications:

* National Certification in area of specialty
* Cardiology or related experience

Licenses and Certifications:

* Current RN/NJ Licensure
* BLS and ACLS
