Nurse Practitioner for Chronic Kidney Disease

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease in an outpatient setting. As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
- Provide patient-centered care to individuals with chronic kidney disease, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care, focusing on patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate expertise in hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and other treatments for chronic kidney disease, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree.
- Prior experience in nephrology, intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly valued.
- A Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is also desirable.
