Join Our Team as a Facility Maintenance Specialist

Position Overview: The Facility Maintenance Specialist is essential in ensuring our environment remains clean and welcoming for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker areas, fitness machines, and exercise floors.
  • Maintain adequate supplies in locker rooms.
  • Promptly notify management of any damaged or missing items.
  • Follow Lost and Found protocols and return lost items to the appropriate management personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in custodial services is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
  • Availability for third shift work is required.
  • Strong integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to solve problems and work autonomously.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of heavy items may be necessary.
  • Exposure to cleaning agents is possible.
