Job Title: Lot Attendant

Associates Asset Recovery is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling post-repossession activities, including preparing vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, and storage. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including cutting grass, trimming trees, and removing debris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicle redemptions and personal property inventory
  • Store and maintain vehicles on the lot
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cutting grass and trimming trees
  • Remove debris and dispose of it properly

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • No felony convictions and no more than 2 driving infractions within the last 3 years
