Coatings Operator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Operator to join our team at Neighbors and Associates. As a Coatings Operator, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and preparing parts for the automated powder coating paint line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading parts from the paint line
  • Preparing parts for coating, including hanging hooks and tabs
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure high-quality coatings
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to safely operate a fork truck
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment:

The Coatings Operator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and extreme temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
