School-Based Speech Therapy Opportunities with Soliant Health

Our partner school district in Darlington, Indiana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join their team on a full-time basis for the current school year. As an SLPA with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned SLP to provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 12.

About the Role:

This contract position offers a guaranteed number of hours per week, ensuring a stable income for the duration of the assignment. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional educational support to students with varying speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the SLP in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique requirements
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in small groups or one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding student progress
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess an active state SLPA license in Indiana and a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. A strong passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality therapeutic services are essential qualities for success in this position.

Estimated Salary:
