We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's Medical Center, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
About the Role
As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill infants in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on providing individualized attention and education to families while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in an acute care setting, preferably in neonatal intensive care
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- A valid State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License, with a requirement to obtain a Texas license within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $83,000-$105,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
