We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow their share of wallet.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and elevate client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
