Key Responsibilities
  • Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents, adhering to care plans and facility policies.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Coordinate dining room services, including meal tray delivery and feeding assistance.
  • Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake.
  • Assist with weighing residents and reporting weight changes to nurse and supervisor.
  • Monitor resident skin condition and report any concerns to nurse and supervisor.
  • Participate in care-plan meetings and QAPI activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care.
