Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to revolutionize our product experience. As a key innovator, you will lead the design process, shaping the future of our products with your creative insights. You will collaborate closely with customers, transforming user needs into intuitive designs that delight and inspire. Your role involves pushing boundaries, crafting cutting-edge prototypes, and analyzing user analytics to refine and elevate our product.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process for new and existing products, from inception to launch.
- Drive end-to-end workflows and create impactful solutions addressing customer problems.
- Craft user-centered designs by understanding business objectives, user feedback, and conducting usability studies.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate on and develop new features and products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies.
- Expert understanding of information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows, common design patterns, and trends.
- Balances existing visual and UX patterns with platform-specific patterns for a consistent, intuitive experience.
- Expert understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiar with design systems and proficient in creating or modifying them.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey design rationale and coach teammates.
- Passion for innovation and creative solutions while adhering to brand standards and business requirements.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma or similar.
The salary for this position is estimated at $150,000 per year, with potential for a bonus.
