We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Philadelphia. This is a great opportunity to launch or advance your career in the IT industry.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment plans to achieve business objectives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional results and meet weekly goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and come up with ideas to create opportunities to support talent initiatives with both new and existing clients
  • Analyze resumes and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet client requirements
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A college degree
  • Prior recruiting experience in the IT staffing industry
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding weekly goals
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Self-starter/highly motivated individual
