**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner. As a full-time employee, you will work in our residential programs located in Lakewood, CO, providing support to individuals with behavioral challenges due to brain injuries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement facility-wide behavioral training programs and individual protocols
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, transfers, and toileting
  • Participate in physical, vocational, and recreational activities with residents
  • Transport residents to appointments, activities, and other events in the community

**What We Offer:**

In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $20-22 per hour, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive benefit package, tuition assistance, and referral bonuses.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
