Job Description
As a Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. With a focus on providing high-quality patient care, you will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • One to three years experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
