About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at RHI DVA Renal Healthcare, Inc. as a Renal Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in renal care.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in intensive care, critical care, emergency room, or medical surgical settings is highly valued.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
