Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing innovative medicines that transform patients' lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Summer Intern to join our Drug Discovery team in Cambridge, MA.

About the Role

This internship will provide the opportunity to work on cutting-edge scientific projects, collaborate with experienced researchers, and gain hands-on experience in drug discovery. You will be immersed in the drug discovery process, learning from high-functioning teams and experiencing the latest scientific advancements in oncology.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and experiments in a laboratory setting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate novel oncology targets
  • Develop and present data to stakeholders
  • Learn scientific communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, you must be a currently enrolled student, on track to graduate by Spring 2026, seeking a Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology or a related field from an accredited institution. You should have hands-on experience with lab techniques such as in vitro cell culture, Western Blot, ELISA, and effective communication skills.
