Overview

Novant Health is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) to join our team at Brunswick Medical Center in the Coastal market.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a patient advocate, incorporating education into the interdisciplinary care plan.
  • Prioritize job duties according to patients' needs and changing acuity levels, ensuring timely completion of care interventions.
  • Administer and evaluate medication therapies, perform patient transfers, and transport patients.
  • Evaluate patient needs and provide routine respiratory care, as well as perform higher levels of care in critical care areas and emergent situations.
Requirements
  • 2-year / Associate Degree, required; 4-year / Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state, required.
