About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Foundations for Living. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images of human anatomy and vascular structures using computed tomography (CT) technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT examinations in a proficient, courteous, and professional manner to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement protocols for CT imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on CT imaging procedures and safety protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Diploma from a certified school of radiologic technology.
  • Minimum one-year experience as a registered Computed Tomography Technologist required, acute care experience preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Association required.
  • Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT)(CT) license required.
