**Responsibilities:**

* Load and unload the dishwasher with dirty and clean dishes
* Wash dishes and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Assist with general cleaning tasks, such as mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and dusting
* Assist with emptying the trash and refilling dispensers
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working cooperatively with the rest of the team

**Requirements:**

* Ability to read, understand, and follow all health and safety guidelines
* Ability to work with commercial chemical solutions according to manufacturer's directions
* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
* Ability to remain standing throughout an entire shift

**Work Environment:**

* Operates in a kitchen/prep area environment
* Moderate to loud noise
* Frequent exposure to variable temperature changes and steam
