As a Guest Services Representative for the City of Garland, Texas, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our aquatic facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with guests, assist with transactions, and provide support for pavilion rentals and facility questions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a safe and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable experience.
  • Assist with cash handling procedures and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to City of Garland's standards.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled trainings to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Able to work a minimum of 16 years old on opening day of the aquatic facilities.
  • Possess reliable means of transportation to and from the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of guest service experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of daily and emergency facility procedures and policies learned during training.
