POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations. Your duties will include:

  • Daily cleaning and stocking of guest rooms to meet our high standards.
  • Making beds, replenishing linens, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning common areas, including hallways.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will:

  • Inspect and adjust room amenities, reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Ensure all supplies are replenished, including toiletries and linens.
  • Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets and sinks.
  • Handle lost and found items appropriately.
  • Complete cleaning assignments efficiently and report any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 75 pounds regularly. You will also need to perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and reaching.
