Position Overview

The ENT Physician|Otolaryngologist will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional medical care to patients. Our organization values kindness, compassion, and teamwork, fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  2. Conduct inpatient consultations for patients across all age groups
  3. Manage an average of 20 clinic patients and perform 4 surgeries weekly
  4. Clinical and hospital settings, typically 60% clinical and 40% hospital duties
  5. Perform a variety of procedures, including:
    1. Tonsillectomies
    2. Cosmetic procedures
    3. Botox injections for vocal cord inflammation
    4. Ear wax removal
    5. Audiology testing for hearing loss
    6. Addressing nasal obstructions
    7. Correcting deviated septums
    8. Treating sinus infections and headaches
    9. Managing allergies and ear infections
    10. Conducting cyst removals
    11. Consulting for oncology patients
    12. Inpatient surgery as required
    13. Utilizing clinic equipment and collaborating with specialists for evaluations

Qualifications:

  1. Board Certified in Otolaryngology
  2. Board Eligible if currently pursuing certification
  3. Valid medical license in California

Compensation Range: $298k - $365k, plus applicable incentive compensation and benefits.
