JOB SUMMARY

The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the building and grounds, as well as ensuring all equipment is operational for these tasks.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Maintain cleanliness of the building, workbenches, tools, and equipment.
  2. Ensure the grounds are free from trash and debris.
  3. Assist in keeping the salvage yard organized and tidy.
  4. Help procure cleaning supplies and equipment as necessary.
  5. Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  6. Occasionally pick up parts and assist customers as needed.
  7. Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  10. Carry out additional related duties as assigned.
  11. Represent the company's core values and adhere to the employee handbook guidelines in all interactions.
