Job Description

This is a full-time, hourly position responsible for providing high-quality service and maintenance to diesel equipment and vehicles. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of diesel engines and equipment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment and vehicles, including engine tune-ups, oil changes, and brake repairs.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Completing necessary repairs and replacements on diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of diesel equipment and vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed service records and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and own tools. Experience in the auto industry is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also required.
