In the capacity of Senior Vice President of Information Technology, you will be instrumental in defining the technology strategy and vision for Majestic Care.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of our IT operations, including infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.
This role demands a dynamic leader capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and ensuring that our technology solutions are in alignment with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement the IT strategy to support the organization's mission and goals.
• Supervise the design, execution, and management of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all technology systems.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology trends and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors and collaborators to support IT initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies that can enhance service delivery and improve user experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership position, ideally as a VP or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and achieve results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
