We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.


Responsibilities:




  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.




  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing layaways.




  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.




  • Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive team environment.




  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.




Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required.




  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.




  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
