We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the installation or repair of electrical systems, lighting retrofits, and other construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous foreman experience, a strong employment track record, and demonstrate integrity and reliability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and running crews involved in electrical system installations and repairs;
  • Laying out work for subordinate lead persons and ensuring timely completion of tasks;
  • Establishing work schedules and man-loading charts to optimize project efficiency;
  • Directing subordinate crews in the installation of electrical feeders, equipment, and control apparatus;
  • Monitoring work progress, scheduling tasks accordingly, and performing supervisory duties as needed;
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as official forms, daily reports, time sheets/tickets, and safety reports;

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree;
  • Valid Drivers License;
  • MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen;
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills;
  • Positive customer service skills;
  • Experience in crew leading and/or acting as foreman on new ground-up construction projects;

We offer a competitive salary range of $27.00 - $60.00 Hourly and a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 Days PTO with Cash out Options, 401K Program with matching contribution, Medical (free for the employee), Vision, Dental and Life benefits.
