Retail Supervisor

We're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our Bakery team as a Leader. As a key member of our retail environment, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance your skill set and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards of merchandising, highlighting the quality, freshness, and uniqueness of our products
• Use your expertise to educate team members and customers on our product offerings
• Proactively engage with customers, answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions to complete their meals

Requirements:

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
• Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
