Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Distribution Specialist to join our team at Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. As a Journeyman Lineman, you will be responsible for performing various types of distribution service calls, including energized and de-energized work, supervising apprentice linemen, and maintaining company equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform distribution service calls and complete tasks assigned to the crew.
  • Supervise and train apprentice linemen to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain and repair company equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Assume leadership roles when the foreman is not present and ensure the crew is working safely and efficiently.
  • Enforce company safety rules and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman.
  • Valid Class A CDL and medical card required.
  • Proficiency with electrical distribution systems and ability to work at heights.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
