This role demands a highly regarded leader who will advance the collective objectives and mission of the academic health institution, enhancing the department's standing in both academic and professional realms.

The Chair/Director will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of top-tier clinical services at various outpatient facilities across the region.

Responsibilities will encompass supervising the ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology Residency program, supporting educational initiatives, and fostering opportunities for professional growth and scholarly productivity among faculty members, while also expanding the department's clinical and translational biomedical research initiatives.


Qualifications and Requirements:
M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or D.O. degreeActive Medical License in Maryland or eligibility to obtainFellowship training in a subspecialty of Otolaryngology is preferredBoard Certified/Board Eligible in OtolaryngologyEligibility for a faculty appointment at a senior level
