**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Remind clients to take their medications
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

**Required Skills:**

  • Experience or knowledge in social work, dementia care, home care, and patient support
  • Ability to travel to clients' residences for visits
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral management needs
  • Proficiency in first aid techniques
  • Minimum of 1 year of paid experience in home care
