Job Overview

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make a difference. As an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and reading safety documents
  • Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems using CILs or adjusting settings
  • Train new technicians by demonstrating job processes and reporting progress to supervisors
  • Assist in changeovers and turnarounds, following proper procedures
  • React to alarms and notifications, notifying leadership as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of manufacturing experience may be substituted for education
  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, particularly aseptic production
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and maintain attention to detail

Compensation

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $17.86 - $21.02 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401(k), and wellness programs, starting on day one.
